| 摘 要： | 我省的警察编制比例相对低于全国平均水平。但在警力长期严重不足的情况下,我省公安民警一直以超负荷的工作强度和牺牲精神担负着这个全国人口大省的公共安全工作。总警力不足与基层一线对警力的需求,已成为制约我省公安工作发展的主要矛盾;同时,警力不足也是我省公安民警因公牺牲的重要原因。
