| Abstract: | During the course for pushing the reform of the state - owner enterprises, we should be beware of the power operations, according to the condition of the power changing into cash and the distribution of assets, quite a part of its restriction and supervision responsibilities are under the trade union. On the basis of bringing the workers congress into full play and establishing the fair and effective participation and supervision mechanism, the trade union deals with the loss of the state - owned assets. |
