| 摘 要： | 在影响一个人的成败的多方面因素中,性格是非常重要但又常常受到忽视的一点.与当今的社会生活相适应,现代人应具备六个方面的性格特征:责任感与义务感、团体意识和协作精神、竞争意识和进取精神、自尊心和自信心、独立性与创造性、稳定情绪与自制力.六个方面既互相联系又各自侧重,在对青少年进行性格培养时要注意针对性.
