| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是中国的根本问题,建设社会主义新农村必须正确认识和处理农村人民内部矛盾。在新形势下,只有正确认识农村人民内部矛盾及其表现形式和形成原因,准确把握正确处理农村人民内部矛盾的基本原则,才能采取适当措施正确处理农村人民内部矛盾。
