| 摘 要： | 中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度,是中国政治发展过程中的历史选择,是有中国特色的政党制度。它是中国人民在经历了民国初年的多党制和国民党的一党制后所做出的理性选择。它是在中国政治发展过程中产生,又在中国政治发展过程中发展和完善的,是20世纪中国政治发展过程中的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Muliti-party cooperation and Political Negotiation System under the leadership of the Communist Party in China is the historical choice in China's political development,which is the choice made by the people after China experienced the multi-party system in the early Min-guo and the uni-party of Guo-min.It came into being and developed in the process of political development,which is the obligatory selection in China's political development in the 20th century. |
