高校教师继续教育的新思路

素质教育以其时代特征和新的内涵对高校教师提出新的要求 ,而目前高校教师队伍素质现状与素质教育的矛盾较突出。因此 ,需要在第三次全国教育会议精神指导下 ,开展以提高教师素质为核心 ,面向全体教师 ,重点培养创新精神的继续教育 ,以提高高校教师实施素质教育的能力和水平

The Nwe Thinking of Continued Education for Higher Education Teachers on Quality Education

Quality education make new demands according to its new connotation to higher education teachers.This thesis makes a new thinking of continued education for higher education teachers through analysing the contradiction between present situation of teachers and quality education.That is taking the spirit of the third national education meeting as guide,centring on enhancing the quality of higher education teachers,facing all of higher education teachers,emphasising on training backbone teachers,utilizing many channel and making full use of education resources,setting up a solid net on trainging base,training contents,training ways and trainging funds,so as to enhance the ability of higher education teachers in implementing quality education.
