| 摘 要： | 恐怖组织内在地需要媒体,需要宣传,在恐怖事件中,媒体是一把双刃剑,如果极尽渲染追逐,则为祸苍生;如果明辨是非,理性引导,则造福社会,要从维护社会稳定,提升执政能力视角认识媒体的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Terrorist organizations inherently need media and propaganda.In terrorist events,media is a double-edge sword.It will bring disasters to the common people when it's chased and exaggerated,while it can also benefit the whole society if it's rationally guided.Therefore,for the sake of maintaining the stability of the society,the significant functions of media should be understood from the visual angle of promoting the ruling ability. |
