行政生态学视野下我国行政体制改革分析

本文以里格斯的行政生态学理论为理论基础,从影响各国的行政生态要素入手,分析我国行政生态要素的现状。通过分析,认清我国行政生态环境中存在的问题,以十八大所提出的行政体制改革的目标为指导,在行政生态学视野下,探讨我国行政体制应如何应对行政生态要素的困境。

Analysis on Administrative System Reform in Our Country in Eco-administration Perspective

With Rigas’administrative ecology as the theoretical basis and starting from the administrative ecology elements which affected all countries,this paper analyzes our country’s administrative ecology elements.Through the analysis,to point the problems that exist in our administrative entironment.Guided by the 18th Party Congress and in a perspective of administrative ecology,this paper explores how our countries’administrative system to deal with the plight of the ecological elements and carry out administrative reform positively.
