经济法调整方法之经济奖励法

经济法作为介于公法与私法之间的＂第三法域＂,不仅有着独特的调整对象,而且与其调整对象相适应,也存在独特的调整方法,即更加注重非强制性调整方法的运用,充分合理利用市场主体＂经济人＂本性,实现国家宏观调控目标。本文对经济法调整方法框架内的经济奖励方法进行尝试性研究,从而为经济法调整方法的丰富完善做出有益的探讨。

On Economic Incentive Way of Legal Adjustmen Method of Economic Law

Economic law,which is a ＂third law＂ between the public law and the private law,not only has a unique adjustment object,but also has special adjustmen methods which are decided by the adjustmen object.Namely,the methods pay more attention to non mandatory adjustment methods,make full use of market subject’ s ＂economic person＂ nature,so as to achieve the national macro-control objectives.This paper aims to do a reaearch on economic incentives ways within the framework of the economic adjustment methods,so as to enrich and perfect the economic law adjustment method.
