| 摘 要： | 社会组织联合执法为提高执法效率、有效解决纠纷提供了一种途径,但在实践过程中也遇到了一些问题和困境。由此,应对社会组织联合执法的法律依据、法律程序、执法方式、法律后果和法律救济进行深入分析,可通过建立和改进联合执法社会组织筛选机制、运作机制、公开机制、监察机制等来完善和规范社会组织联合执法。

| Abstract: | Joint enforcement of social organizations is a way to improve the efficiency of law enforcement and effectively resolve disputes,but also encountered some problems and difficulties in the course of practice.As a result,the response to the in-depth analysis of the legal basis of the social organization of joint law enforcement,legal proceedings,law enforcement,legal consequences and legal relief,through the establishment and improvement of joint law enforcement screening mechanism of social organization,and operation mechanism,open mechanism,monitoring mechanism to improve joint law enforcement and norms of social organization. |
