| 摘 要： | 中共贵阳市委八届八次全会明确指出"把提高干部执行力作为干部培训的重要内容,两年内对全市所有县级和科级干部进行一次提高执行力专项培训"。做好需求调查是培训工作的基础,通过调研,对贵阳市不同层级、不同岗位的干部执行力需求进行了解掌握,有利于提高培训工作的针对性,增强培训实效。

| Abstract: | The Central Committee, GuiYang Municipal Bureau, CCP Guiyang Committee stared that cadre executive training on city and county level needed to be complered within 2 years on the Eighth comperence.To make the directiues into reality,surueys should be done to determine traineers＂ level of competency.Only then can measures be tailored to suit the needs of cadres training on different level and the requirements of solial development. |
