| 摘 要： | 法律高职教育近几年在我国迅猛发展。但由于对法律高职学生培养目标定位不明确,导致法律高职教学管理出现误区和混乱。法律高职学生培养目标的定位,应是理论和实践能力培养并重,使学生能“像律师那样思考”。

But due to the unclear set target for the training of higher vocational students of law major,Chaos has emerged in teaching management. As for this problem, we should give equal importance to the training of theory and practical ability and enable students to "think as a lawyer" . |
