| Abstract: | It expounds that high-tech related to environmental protection policy and industril-ization of environmental protection can abjust the economic structure, and realize sustainable development with the combination of resources, economy and environment. It also clarifies the necessary steps to prompt the environmental protection industry as one of the key components in capital high-tech industries. |
