The problem of the Juvenile in America is serious and complicated,and its reasons include the expansion of the gap between the rich and the poor,the increase of the father-only or mother-only families,inadequate medical treatment facilities,unsuitable family education,absence and dropping out from school.The important measurements taken in America to prevent Juvenile problems are: positive guide and education from schools,families and the society;the fulfillment of the healthy education plan to the Juvenile;cultivation of good teaching staff;enhancing the cooperation between the community and school to cultivate the Juvenile healthy positive spirit;and eliminating the rate of Juvenile Delinquency by the united efforts from the society.
