| Abstract: | Crimes against Property are responsible for public order issues.The number of such crimes taken place under market econony as well as the proportion of them among the various crimes as a whole has been increasing.To have a systematic analysis of such crimes occured in a certain area and to know well about their occurring regularity,character and trend will surely contribute to the bringing about of a stable public order in this area. |
