| 摘 要： | 当前我国急需大量的社会工作专业人才,他们是促进和谐社会进程中的重要力量。高职院校是培养该专业人才的重要组成部分,近年来对社会工作专业人才的培养进行了积极的探索与实践。高职院校中的社会工作专业人才应具有政治素质、专业素质、心理素质、人文素质等多方面综合素质。

| Abstract: | A large number of social work professionals have been needed in china nowdays, who are the important force in promoting harmonious society. Vocational colleges are the necessary part of developing the social work professionals. Recently, how to develop the social work professionals has been explored and practiced. The general qualities of social work professionals in vocational colleges have been introduced in this paper, including political quality, professional quality, psychological quality, cultural quality and so on. |
