| 摘 要： | 随着国有控股企业集团的发展,资金管理水平直接关系着企业集团的健康发展。针对国有控股企业集团的特征及当前资金管理存在的问题,应采用母公司资金集中管理与子公司资金自主管理相结合,借助资金信息化管理,提高集团资金用效率,最终建立集权与分权相结合的资金管理模式。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of state-owned holding enterprise group,the horizontal height of fund management is directly concerning the healthily development of enterprise group.Facing the existing problems to the present time fund management and features of state-owned holding enterprise group,puts forward the parent company centralized fund management is combined with the subsidiary company fund,has the aid of the fund information management,and raises the group capital and property utilization efficiency in the group,and finally builds the fund management model that the centralization of state power each other combines with division of power in the management. |
