| 摘 要： | 我国新型农村合作医疗正处于政府极力支持,而农民并不十分认可的窘境。造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,但社会转型是该项政策执行困难的背景和深层次原因。因此,目前解决农村合作医疗问题,应把政策的制定和机制运作放在社会转型的背景下进行深入考虑。
