| 摘 要： | 国内外反倾销中,界定同类产品是确定倾销和损害的必要前提。对同类产品的认定应在理解其概念的基础上,遵循一定程序确定其认定的标准。对同类产品的认定,我国实践中积累了一定经验,其意义不可估量。

| Abstract: | We first face the defining of "like product' during anti-dumping. However, there is no evident regulation at home and abroad now. So it is convenient for enterprises and relative authorities to define "like product" . We should comprehend its definition. This paper is dealing with regulation of definition, procedure and its legal effect. Some advices are provided for enterprises and relative authorities. |
