| 摘 要： | 假冒伪劣商品问题已经成为影响我国经济和社会发展的不容忽视的问题,虽经多方治理,但屡禁不止。根治假冒伪劣也绝非一朝一夕即可奏效,必须从认识上、管理体制上、经营运行机制上采取措施,强化市场监管、整顿经济程序,保障市场经济发展的渠道畅通。

| Abstract: | Fake and poor quality products have become a serious problem affecting the development of our economy and society. It has been banned constantly but it has never been ceased. The problem can not be solved in one day completely, but we must take some measures concerning management and the operational mechanism to reinforce market management, rectify economic order and to guarantee the smooth development of market. |
