| 摘 要： | 近年来因刑事侦查活动违法导致的错案频频发生,刑讯逼供等侦查程序违法现象引发了社会公众的密切关注和质问,这些问题也对检察监督的作用和效果引发诸多思考。健全和完善刑事侦查监督机制,对减少和消除刑事侦查活动中的违法现象、维护司法公正和当事人合法诉讼权利具有重要意义。
