| 摘 要： | 新加坡属普通法系国家，但在环境保护方面成文法作用和地位远大过普通法，除《破坏法》外尚有一系列关于环境保护的单项立法，如公共环境卫生法、环境污染控制法、野生动物和鸟类法、濒危物种进出口法等等，在这些立法里除详尽地列举违法行为外还针对各种违法行为规定了较为严苛的刑事处罚，正是这些立法及其贯彻执行才有今日新加坡的“花园城市”国家之称。

| Abstract: | Although Singapore is a common law legal system country, its statutes on environment protection play a much more important role than the common law does. Besides Vandalism Act there are a series of acts on environmental protection such as The Environmental Public Health Act, Pollution Control Act, Wild Animal and Birds Act, The Endangered Species （Import and Export） Act etc. These acts not only give a long list of environmental crimes but also set a relative stern punishment system, owning to these acts Singapore can has today＇s beautiful environment and be known as a ＂garden city＂. |
