| 摘 要： | 卧底侦查在对付恐怖主义、有组织犯罪、毒品犯罪等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。卧底侦查人员违法犯罪存在免责的可行性。法律应当对卧底侦查人员违法犯罪界限作出规定,对卧底侦查人员违法犯罪的责任问题应明确,从而进一步保护卧底侦查人员的权利。

| Abstract: | Clandestine investigation is of exceeding importance in dealing with terrorism,organization-based crimes and drugs crimes.It's of possibility to exempt clandestine investigators' duty when they violate laws and commit crimes.Definition of clandestine investigators' violating laws and committing crimes must be stipulated by law and their duties must be explicated thus to further protect clandestine investigators' rights and benefits. |
