对农民工"组织起来、切实维权"实现形式的探讨

农民工不仅是工人阶级的一部分,并且是工人阶级中人数最多的一部分。把农民工组织起来是落实我党“全心全意依靠工人阶级”的重要措施,也是构建和谐社会的需要。各地各级工会对农民工建会形式和维权有效方式进行了积极的探索,对农民工权益维护起了积极作用。但农民工维权仅靠工会是不够的,还需政府、各职能部门乃至全社会都来依法办事,农民工的权益保护问题才能从根本上得到有效的解决。

On Implementation of "Unionize Workers and Safeguard Their Rights" for Migrant Workers

Migrant workers are not only a part,but the most numerous part of working class.To unionize migrant workers is an important measure to implement the Party's principle of "Relying on working class whole-heartedly" and also a need for building a harmonious society.Trade unions at all levels in various places have conducted active explorations on ways to unionize migrant workers and safeguard their rights,which made positive contributions to the protection of migrant workers' rights.However,unions alone can not shoulder the responsibility to safeguard migrant workers' rights.Only with the legal involvement of governmental agencies and the whole society at large,can migrant workers' rights be fully protected.
