摘    要:工会是社会经济矛盾尤其是劳动关系矛盾的产物.我国工会是党领导下的职工群众组织,是职工权益的代表者和维护者.在全面深化改革的新形势下,发展和谐劳动关系依然是工会的组织使命和社会责任.发展和谐劳动关系要抓住有利的政策契机,推动各级党委政府和劳动关系三方协商机制,营造依法协调劳动关系的制度环境.要在发展和谐劳动关系中彰显新作为,努力把工会建成职工信赖的“职工之家”,各级工会干部成为职工的“娘家人”,团结动员广大职工为实现中国梦不懈奋斗.

Abstract:Trade union is the product of social and economic contradictions, especially the conflicts in labor relations. Trade union is the mass organization of workers unaer the leaaersnlp ot me party, is the representative and defender of rights of workers. In the new situation of comprehensive reforms, to build the harmonious labor relations is the mission and social responsibility of trade union. In order to establishing Home of workers, it is necessary to seize the favorable opportunity, to improve the tripartite consultation mechanism. And it is of importance to create appropriate institutional environment in order to realize the Chinese Dream.
