知识产权研究生跨学科培养的难点及对策探讨

为化解我国知识产权人才供不应求的现实困境,加强知识产权研究生跨学科培养,促进不同学科之间的交叉融合,推动所跨学科与师资队伍建设就显得尤其重要。为此,我们开展了"知识产权法专业研究生跨学科培养模式创新研究"的问卷调查。本文针对我国高校知识产权人才培养现状并结合问卷调查结果,对知识产权研究生跨学科培养在学科建设、研究生招生选拔、培养方案、师资队伍建设以及管理体制方面的问题进行了分析和研究,并提出了解决思路。

Probing into the Difficulties of and Solutions to Inter-disciplinary Cultivation of Postgraduates Major in Intellectual Property Rights

Nowadays, the supply of the intellectual property rights personnel, especially the inter-discipli- nary talents, cannot meet the demand of our country. So, it is very important to enhance the talent cultivation among the different disciplines, to accelerate the mergence of the various subjects and to train more inter-disci- plinary teachers. For this purpose, we launched a questionnaire named ＂Innovation research on the inter-disci- plinary mode of educating postgraduates major in intellectual property rights. ＂ According to the current situa- tion and the results of the investigation on the issue of the inter-disciplinary cultivation of postgraduates major in intellectual property rights, we analyzed and summarized the deficiencies of subject construction, recruitment and selection of the post graduates, teaching scheme, teacher training and management system. Based on our analysis, we gave some corresponding suggestions
