| 摘 要： | 军队律师是军事领域的一种崭新职业 ,是维护军队权益推进国家和军队法治建设的主要参与者。军队律师应当既讲业务又讲职责。其具体职责的设定包括 :军队律师在军事训练中的职责 ,军队律师在军队管理中的职责 ,军队律师在军事斗争中的职责 ,中国加入 WTO后军队律师的职责。军队律师职责的设定具有创新性 ,对完善军队律师制度建设具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The military lawyer is a new profession of the military field. It is the main participant in maintaining the army's interest and pushing on the military constitutional building. The institution of its concrete duty involves: the duty in military training, in the army's administration, in military struggle and after China's entrance into WTO. The institution of the military lawyer's duty has creative ideas and will play an important role in perfecting the military lawyer institution construction. |
