农村留守老年人群体养老困局及对策

人口老龄化已成为当今国际社会的一个重要问题，根据国际人口学界通行的老龄社会标准，我国已步入老龄化社会，而且老龄化水平增长幅度逐年增加。农村大量青壮年劳动力涌入城市形成的农村留守老人这一特殊群体更给养老带来了挑战。通过实证调查发现，农村留守老人养老中面临的问题是多方面的，但以经济困境最为突出，据此提出相应的对策。

The Predicament and Countermeasures of Group Endowment of the Left-behind Old People in Rural Areas

Ageing problem is becoming an important issue of international community nowadays. In accordance with the general ageing society criteria established by international demology field, China has entered into an ageing society and the rate has been increased year by year. The left-behind old people who are left by the young labor migration in rural areas is a new strength that challenging the endowment. It is revealed by the investigations that there are many problems about the endowment for the left-behind old people in rural, and the economic problem is the most highlighted one, so it is needed to propose the relevant countermeasures.
