小康社会视域下党的执政基础建设研究——以执政风险问题为例

在新世纪新时期，基于国内社会矛盾凸显的风险和国际敌对势力西化分化的风险，全面建成小康社会必须防范执政风险：当代执政风险产生的深层根源是社会结构的变迁、执政环境的变化和敌对势力的文化渗透；防范执政风险是增强全面建成小康社会的执政基础，应当从争取与依靠群众、保持和发展党的先进性、加强文化软实力建设和推动社会全面发展四大方面着手。

Study on the Party’s Governance Foundation in the Context of Moderately Prosperous Society——Take Governance Risk for Example

In the new period, it is needed to prevent governance risk for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way because of the risk of domestic social conflicts and the risk of westernization and differentiation from international hostile forces. The deep roots that cause the governance risks are：social structure change, governance situation change and cultural penetration of hostile forces. Governance risk prevention is the governance foundation for enhancing a moderately prosperous society building in an all-round way,which needs to be implemented from four aspects： people-oriented thought, keeping and developing the Party＇s vanguard nature, strengthening cultural soft power construction and promoting social development.
