| 摘 要： | 社区警务工作是控制发案、维护社会秩序的有效手段。但是,社区民警工作量过重、非警务性工作过多,使他们进社区的时间减少,影响了社区警务工作的开展;不合理的考核方法和考核标准使社区民警疲于应付,工作缺乏主动性和创造性。

| Abstract: | Community policing work is an effective means to control case occurrence and maintain social order. But the fact that community police are overloaded with work who have to do much beyond policing responsibility decreases their time dealing with community affairs, only to affect the development of the community policing work; irrational method and standard of assessment worry the police too much to respond to, thus resulting in their lack of initiative and creativity. |
