论监狱文化的育人功能及其培育

监狱文化是监狱干警、职工及其服刑罪犯共同认同遵循并具有监狱特色的价值观念、行为方式、监狱精神、道德规范、发展目标和思想意识等，具有导向性、继承性、稳定性和特色性的特征。良好的监狱文化对罪犯改造工作具有熏陶、控制、规范、定向引导、凝聚激励等功能。因此，监狱应精心设计、谋划，通过长期的点滴积累，以形成富有监狱特色的监狱文化体系。

On Prison Culture and Its Function of Educating People

The prison culture, jointly agreed to follow by prison officers, trade unions and common criminals serving a prison, has the characteristics of values, behavior, prison mental, moral, development objectives and ideologies, and has the characteristics of orientation, succession and stability. Good prison culture will have an effect on criminals＇ re-education, and will control, regulate, guide, and encourage the criminals. Therefore, the prison should carefully plan, and through long-term accumulation, form a prison system with prison culture.
