论统筹城乡建设社会主义新农村的起点与终点

统筹城乡发展，建立以工促农，以城带乡长效机制，形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局，已经被确定为推进我国社会主义新农村建设的基本路径，这一基本路径的起点在于促使我国农民成为新农村建设的主体，终点则在于促使全国九亿农民富裕起来，进而在我国全面实现小康目标。如何从这一基本路径的起点走向终点，不仅是一个摆在我们面前的艰难课题，更是一个涵盖了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设的庞大的系统工程。

Balancing the development of urban and rural areas,establishing the long-effective mechanism under which the development of agriculture and countryside is set to be boosted by the advancement of industry and city,forming the unified new pattern of economic-social development between urban and rural areas have already been referred to as the basic access to promote the construction of Socialist New Countryside in China.The starting point of this basic access lies in the farmers becoming the main body of rural construction,while the destination is aimed at making 9oo million farmers in China affluent and building the well-off society.How to march from the starting point to the destination is a challenging issue facing us,and rather an enormous systematic project including the construction of economy,politics,culture and society.
