| Abstract: | The article analyses the nature, task, function and form of democratic management and puts forward that enterprises should give full play to workers' role of democratic participation in order to prevent labor disputes and build stable and harmonious labor relations. At the same time, enterprises should pay attention to the will of workers, accept their rational opinions, seek equality in the process of consultation, respect popular feelings and realize democracy. |
