摘    要:在企业实行职工民主管理,对于预防劳动争议的发生、建立企业内部稳定协调的劳动关系,具有重要的意义.实行民主管理,要在决策上重视民意,在管理上集纳民智,在协商中追求平等,在公开中尊重民心,在监督上实行民主.

Abstract:The article analyses the nature, task, function and form of democratic management and puts forward that enterprises should give full play to workers' role of democratic participation in order to prevent labor disputes and build stable and harmonious labor relations. At the same time, enterprises should pay attention to the will of workers, accept their rational opinions, seek equality in the process of consultation, respect popular feelings and realize democracy.
