| 摘 要： | 绿色壁垒是非关税壁垒中技术性贸易壁垒的一种形式,已经成为国际贸易政策措施的重要组成部分。目前西方发达国家加大了使用绿色壁垒实现贸易保护主义的力度,通过立法或制定苛刻的环境技术标准进行市场准入的限制,对我国传统产品的出口带来很大的影响。

| Abstract: | The green barrier is one kind of form of technical trade barrier in the non-tariff barrier,and already became the important part in the international trade policy measure.At present the western developed country has increased the force to use the green barrier to realize trade protectionism,the developed country restricts the market access through the legislation or harsh environment technical standard,brings the tremendous influence on traditional product Exportation in our country. |
