| Abstract: | The system of public prosecution is the major characteristic of Chinese litigation system. The author suggests that modern public prosecution system be constructed in a way that is with features as follows: public prosecution being the center; investigation being guided by prosecution and in the same time serving prosecution; the principal prosecutor being a subject of action; the professional public prosecutor being the image representative and so on. The aim is to realize the justice and efficiency in public prosecution. |
