| 摘 要： | 变革中的社会必然表现出一定的矛盾与冲突,诸如社会心理机制的转换,个人心理的失衡,以及社会思想价值观方面的混乱等,从而成为诱发犯罪心理和导致犯罪增长的深层原因。同时,社会结构变化及控制功能的弱化,都是犯罪增长的重要因素。

| Abstract: | In a changing society there inevitably arise certain contradictions and conflicts, such as the conversion of social mentality, the mental disequilibrium of individuals and the confusion of social value concepts, etc. These profoundly account for the incentives of criminal mentality and the increase of criminal acts. The change of social structure and the weakness of control mechanism also account for the increase of criminal acts. |
