| 摘 要： | 维护农民工合法权益,是工会围绕中心,服务大局的重要工作,是工会组织义不容辞的重要职责。发挥工会在维护农民工合法权益方面的作用,就是要求各级工会组织把农民工吸纳进来,通过工会的各项行之有效维权机制,为农民工维权提供组织上的保障。
