| 摘 要： | 当前，中国的专业社会工作和学科建设已有了长足的进步。然而，中国社会工作专业发展面临的问题仍然不少。作者认为这些问题主要是：专业社会工作还未跟上社会工作国际化的潮流，社会工作职业化滞后于经济社会的发展，以及社会工作专业化程度不高。因此，我们要立足中国实际，借鉴国际经验，创建符合中国社会需要的专业化的社会工作模式。

| Abstract: | Contemporary China's professional social work and its education has achieved great progress.However that it is facing respectable problems.Such as that social work in China had not yet follow the step of internationalization,and remains in a rather close situation,the professional degree of social work is lagged after economical and social development,and the grade of social work's specialization is low.The author considers all these issues will restrict China's social work development.So that we should base ourselves upon the reality of China,study international experiences,and to found a professional social work model which is accord with China's society. |
