| 摘 要： | 随着转基因技术的不断发展 ,转基因产品的安全性日益成为人们关注的焦点。本文通过国外转基因产品政策及相关法律制度研究 ,详细阐述了从建立健全我国转基因产品法律法规 ,加强转基因食品的立法 ,健全转基因产品知识产权立法 ,建立转基因产品风险评估技术体系 ,建立反垄断机制等方面入手 ,完善我国转基因产品立法。
