| 摘 要： | 十六大报告提出要建立促进人的全面发展的社会模式--学习型社会,学习型社会应形成多种学历层次的复合结构,应使人们的政治文明、精神文明程度与现代社会相适应,学习应成为人们终身的需求.学习型社会的建立,必须得到党和政府的高度重视并制定一整套的制度进行保证.

| Abstract: | The Report from the 16 Party Congress raise a call to build up a education - styled society for human to develop in an all - round way. Education - styled society should be built as a complex structure with different levels of record of formal schooling and with the level of spiritual civilization suited to the modem society in which learning is a lifetime demand of human. The building of education - styled society should be thought highly by the Party and the government and be guaranteed by a whole set of institutions. |
