| 摘 要： | NGO已成为很多学者研究的对象。国内外的学者对NGO的理论界定是不同的。我国学者对NGO的界定与NGO成长的特定环境有关。随着改革的发展NGO在我国逐步兴起,这是有其必然性的。它的兴起对正处于转型过程中的政治发展产生了一系列的影响,为此,应正确认识NGO在我国发展中存在的问题,以采取有效措施促使其健康发展,充分发挥它对政治发展的良好作用。

| Abstract: | NGO has become the object that many scholars studyed. The scholars of inlands and overseas define the NGO differently. The Chinese scholars define the NGO related to the special surroundings. It is necessary for the NGO to rise with Chinese reformation. It influence the changing china greatly . So we should analyze the NGO's current problem correctly, take some effective measures to urge NGO to develop healthily, and make it exert good influence for Chinese politics. |
