| 摘 要： | 刑法学概念是刑法学理论体系建立的基点,但对这一基点的认识还有分歧,尚需深入研究。立足于刑法学研究对象内容以及概念与外延之间的辩证关系,刑法学概念应当反映出刑法学方法论的对象内容,并且应当能够使刑法学区别于其他刑事法学。

| Abstract: | Criminal jurisprudence concept is the basic point for the criminal jurisprudence theoretical system to set up, but the understanding of this basic point has difference,Which needs to further investigate.Based on the dialectical relation among the research object content,concept and extension of criminal jurisprudence , the criminal jurisprudence concept should reflect the target of criminal jurisprudence methodology content,and can make criminal jurisprudence different from other criminal law science. |
