| 摘 要： | 高效的政治录用是一个国家政治制度延续的必要条件。科举制度以考试选拔政治官员的方式,在中国封建社会建立起了一个从政治录用到政治角色养成的行政录用机制,成为中国封建文化的重要组成部分,对中国封建社会的上下沟通、互动起着非常重要的作用,带来了中国古代封建社会的稳定。研究科举制度,吸取宝贵的历史经验,对我们的行政录用制度的建设是有积极作用的。
