| 摘 要： | 劳动教养是具有中国特色的重要的法律制度 ,目前正面临许多问题和挑战 ,受到来自各方面的质疑。从我国的国情实际出发劳动教养不宜废除 ,应从立法上予以完善 ,尽快制定一部严密完善的法规来规范劳动教养工作。

| Abstract: | Rehabilitation through labour,which is in face of many problems and challenges,as well as different doubts,is an important legal system with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of the national conditions,it should not be abrogated,but be perfected by legislation,i.e.,regulations and rules of rehabilitation through labour should be carefully laid down as soon as possible. |
