摘    要:教师共享个人知识不仅有助于提高独立学院教师的教学能力,还有助于改善学生的教学满意度。文化价值观、教师绩效等级划分方法、个人知识特点等因素阻碍了教师个人知识共享。为了促进教师个人知识共享,该文提出,独立学院要重视对关系绩效的考核以改善文化价值观,尽量采用360度绩效考核方法,认真对待绩效反馈面谈,采用绝对标杆法划分教师绩效等级。

Abstract:Knowledge sharing among independent college teachers can not only help enhance the teaching ability of teachers but also improve the students’ satisfactory rating toward teaching performance.However,several factors,including the cultural values,methods of teachers’ performance ranking and characters of individual knowledge,hinder the individual knowledge sharing among teachers.In order to promote the individual knowledge sharing,the independent colleges should pay more attention to the relationship performance evaluation to improve the cultural values,adopt 360-degree performance appraisal,attach more importance to performance feedback,and rank teachers’ performance by absolute benchmark method.
