| 摘 要： | 问题主导是民警培训的教学方法。由于现实民警培训问题主导的缺失,民警培训的吸引力正在弱化,有流于形式主义的危险。因而应当树立问题主导的培训意识,促进培训更加贴近民警现实工作与生活,这是民警培训发挥更大作用,取得实效性的可靠路径。

| Abstract: | The problem-oriented is the way of teaching in police training. Due to the lack of problem-oriented, the attraction of police training is in weakening with the danger of superficial formalism. So we should have an idea of problem-oriented in training, promote the training closer to police practical work and their living. This is a reliable path to improve the police training with the actual effectiveness. |
