| Abstract: | The jury system, as a democratic judicial system, has been failed to be taken seriously and play its role for various reasons in our country. The “prosecutor-oriented”in the criminal procedure seriously restricted the development of China＇s judicial system. So the reposition of jury system will be able to optimize the litigation structure, complement to each other, promote the jury system and improve the prosecution sys-tem under the current situation. |
