新疆高校文化安全略论

在世界文化大冲击大交流的大前提下，我国遇到了很多新的机遇与挑战，新疆地处中亚，自古以来就是中西方文化交流融合之所在，年轻人的世界观人生观还没有完全成熟，容易产生摇摆。在全球信息化的时代背景下世界多元文化为新疆高校注入文化活力的同时也带来了文化安全问题。当前，新疆高校面临西方反华势力和境内外“三股势力”文化渗透的严重威胁，为确保新疆高校文化安全应建立健全文化安全预警机制、细致务实地开展宣传工作、加强校园文化建设，进一步夯实社会主义核心价值体系教育。

A Brief View on Culture Security in Xinjiang Colleges and Universities

Under the great impacts on communication of the world culture, China met with a lot of new challenges and opportunities. Xinjiang is located in the central Asia and has been a communicating mixed place between China and the western culture since ancient times. The world outlook of the young people there is still immature and easy to change. Under the background of global information, the world multicultural brought a new spirit but also some cultural security issues for colleges and universities in Xinjiang. At present, colleges and universities are facing the serious threats of the cultural infiltration from the western anti-china forces and the ＆quot;three forces＆quot; at home and abroad. To ensure the cultural security, we must establish and improve the early warning mechanism of cultural security, carry out propaganda work meticulously and pragmatically, strengthen the construction of the campus culture, further enhance the education of the socialist core value system in Xiangjiang colleges and universities.
