新时代背景下高校学术期刊发展策研究

目前,在不断加快促进高校学术期刊发展的大环境下,高校学术期刊的数量激增。尽管它们在学术成果创新、服务学科建设、培养科研人才和交流学术经验方面发挥了较大的作用,但是却普遍存在着质量不高和期刊结构不合理等诸多问题。究其原因,既有来自于外部环境的冲击和挑战,高校学术期刊本身也存在着很多制约其发展的弊端。必须通过转变办刊理念,依托高校学科优势,保持和创新特色栏目,努力培养稳定的作者群,严格审稿标准,规范审稿程序,建立完善的高校学术期刊质量保证体系,以确保高校学术期刊健康发展。

On Developing Strategy Theory of University Academic Journal under the Background of New Era

At present, in the environment of accelerating development, the numbers of university academic journal are increasing sharply. Although they play very important roles in academic achievement innovation, service for discipline construction, scientific research talents cultivating and academic experience exchanging, there are still problems including poor quality, the unreasonable structure and many other ones.The reasons to restrict journal development are either from impacts and challenges of external environment, or from journals themselves. So we must change editing ideas, rely on university disciplines, maintain the characteristic column innovation, strive to develop a stable author group, insist to rigorous review standards,normalize procedures and establish perfect quality assurance system so as to ensure the healthy development of university academic journals.
