公安院校大学生自我管理现状调查与分析--以四川警察学院为样本

以四川警察学院为样本对194名警校生的自我管理状况进行调查，结果表明：1．公安院校大学生自我管理水平相对偏高，其中自我规划能力最低；2．男女生在自我管理维度上不存在显著差异，但男生自我认识能力明显大于女生，女生自我约束能力大于男生；3．不同年级的公安院校大学生在自我约束能力上存在显著差异；4．是否是独生子女不影响公安院校大学生的自我管理能力，但会影响自我管理能力的某些维度；5．除了自我认识的维度外，担任干部的学生在自我评价、自我约束、自我规划维度上均略高于非学生干部的学生。

The Present Situation Investigation and Analysis of Student＇s Self Management in Police Colleges and Universities

Taking Sichuan Police College as a sample, we have investigated 194 students for their self-management, the results showed： 1. the level of student’s self-management in police colleges is higher, but the self planning capacity is lowest; 2. there are no significant differences between a boy student and a girl student, but the self-awareness of a boy student is significantly greater than a girl’s, the girl’s self-disci-pline is bigger than the boy’s; 3. there are greatly differences in the self-discipline for students from differ-ent grades; 4. the only-child does not affect the self-management, but it can affect some dimensions; 5. in addition to the self-awareness, the self evaluation, the self-discipline and the self planning for a leader stu-dent are slightly higher than a common student.
